🥦 Farmer Cheese

YES, THERE IS TVOROG!
  • It comes in little cups (like yogurt) and tastes exactly like our tvorog!! (And not like their cottage cheese).
  • Fun fact: the package even has a Russian last name on it — Smolensky.
  • Only downside: one 170g cup is $2.5…

🥦 Cashewgurt

  • Lactose-free cashew yogurt! Super tasty, but it doesn’t last long before it expires.

🥦 Larabar

  • Berry-nut bar with the simplest ingredients (no weird stuff).
  • So delicious.

🥦 Kefir

  • Yes, there’s kefir in the U.S. too — and it’s literally called Kefir!

🥦 Juice

  • Green juice is my favorite one.

🥦 Baby carrots

  • The perfect snack. Tiny carrots that are just the right size to munch while watching something or doing homework!
  • I can finish a whole bag in one sitting 😂

🥦 Greek Yogurt

  • My absolute favorite kind of yogurt! Thicker, creamier, and packed with protein.
  • In the photo: my fave brand and flavor — vanilla, non-fat.

🥦 Ice Cream

There are two main brands of coconut-milk ice cream: lactose-free, sugar-free, fat-free!
• Arctic Zero → the “hardcore” version: an entire pint (bigger than my head) has only 150 calories, but just 5–6 flavors.
• Halo Top → more like “normal” ice cream: about 320 calories per pint, but sooo many flavors!
🥦 I don’t like fast food, so honestly, I’d happily eat only this forever 🤗
Now the question is: Fast food or healthy food? 😂

Try describing your own American food finds — what would you eat forever as an exchange student?
