I’ve always wanted to go to America—it’s been my dream since I was a kid, and now it’s real! I couldn’t wait to explore, learn as much as possible, walk around, and see what it’s like to actually live here. Sometimes I’m driving and still can’t believe I’m in the US… It’s such an unreal feeling. Whenever I feel down, I remind myself—hey, I’m in America! Not everyone gets this chance, so I need to enjoy it as much as I can.

Making new friends from the US is such an amazing feeling. At first, I was nervous they wouldn’t accept me and I’d be alone, but that turned out to be nonsense. Now I have so many wonderful friends—two of them are in these photos ❤️

I wanted to completely dive into the American vibe—talk to locals, learn from their experiences. When you’re in an English-speaking country, you have no choice but to speak, and that makes you more confident and relaxed. I love discovering their culture—something I couldn’t truly do from Russia. Only here, in this environment, is it possible.

This is one of my top goals for the year. I can already speak pretty confidently, but sometimes I make little mistakes or awkward phrases. That’s why I need to keep talking, practicing, and learning.
